A recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make a clone, all grain version of Fullers ESB.

Crushed Maris Otter Pale Malt.
Crushed Crystal Malt
Target Hops - Primary Boil Hops
Challenger Hops - Primary Boil Hops
Northdown Hops - Primary Boil Hops
Fuggles Hops - Late Boil Hops
Irish Moss
Muntons Gold Brewing Yeast
Basic Instructions for use
There are two bags of grain. The larger grain pack contains 3kgs of crushed Maris Otter Pale Malt, whilst the remaining Pale Malt and Crystal Malt used for colouring and flavouring is premixed into the smaller of the two packs. These two packs will need to be mashed in an appropriate mash tun with a minimum capacity of 20 litres.
Challenger Hops, Northdown Hops and Target Hops are supplied as the main bittering hops and should be added at the start of the boil, whilst the secondary, aroma hop is Fuggles, which is added as a post boil hop. I have adjusted the specified amount of Challenger and Target hops in the pack to try and match the stated EBU in the recipe as the original was created with hops that had different AA levels than those currently available.
Sufficient Irish Moss is provided to create the Hot Break precipitation of the proteins and help produce a clearer finished beer.
