Dry Beer Enzyme for fermenting normally unfermentable dextrins
Sorry, this item is currently out of stock. We are ordering weekly, but do not know when it will be available.
This special dry beer enzyme from Brupaks helps to ferment normally unfermentable dextrins produced by having too high a mash temperature when making all grain beers. This pack is sufficient to treat a normal 25ltr brew.
It is also useful if you are trying to produce a much "drier" (lower finishing gravity) beer especially if you are using granulated sugar, either as part of a single can beer kit part of a "full grain recipe".
It can also help to restart a stuck ferment, esecially if the gravity is still quite high and the wort is oversweet.
