This special dry beer enzyme from Brupaks helps to ferment normally unfermentable dextrins produced by having too high a mash temperature when making all grain beers. This pack is sufficient to treat a normal 25ltr brew.
It is also useful if you are trying to produce a much "drier" (lower finishing gravity) beer especially if you are using granulated sugar, either as part of a single can beer kit part of a "full grain recipe".
It can also help to restart a stuck ferment, esecially if the gravity is still quite high and the wort is oversweet.
