How to find Colchester Homebrew SuppliesColchester Homebrew Supplies is run by Sam and Andy Sadler from Unit C4, The Seedbed Centre, Wyncolls Road, Severalls Industrial Estate, Colchester. We can be contacted during normal office hours on :01206 854457
If you wish to visit us to collect any reserved orders or online purchases, browse our stock or simply have a chat about beer or wine making, we are open from 09.30 to 16.30, Monday to Friday, but we close for lunch from 14.30 - 15.30.
Between March and November our daughters attend Scottish Highland Dancing competitions around the UK and, while most of these take place on Sunday mornings, some of them are so far away that we have travel on Saturday and be away for the whole weekend. If you are planning on making a special trip to visit us on a Saturday, please contact us to confirm we are open and avoid a wasted journey.

Our store can be a bit difficult to find on Severalls Industrial Estate as most Satnav systems will only bring you onto Wyncolls Road and not directly onto the Seedbed Centre.
If you aim for the section of Wyncolls Road that lies between Newcomen Way and Brunel Way and then look for the big yellow gates between Guilform and Polestar and directly opposite Rose of Colchester and NES, you will find the Colchester Seedbed and Business Centre.
If you have a SatNav that accepts Latitude and Longitude figures, our location is: N 51°55'14" and E 0°55'40"
Severalls Industrial Estate is accessible via Public Transport on Route 2 via Highwoods. A full list of Colchester's Bus Routes and Timetables can be found HERE.
