All beer and wine kits come complete with a satchet of suitable brewing yeast however, if you are brewing using malt extract or�full grain mash, or making Country Wines, you will need to provide your own brewing yeast.

Sometimes, it is also advantageous to provide additional nutrients to help the yeast work more efficiently.
