Payment Options

We accept many different payment options to give you as many ways as possibible to purchase your home beer and wine making equipment.

 

For Online Purchases we accept most major credit and debit cards, Google Checkout, Paypal accounts and payment by post or bank transfer.

 

Credit and Debit Cards:

When you reach the checkout, choose the Paypal or Google Checkout gateway and enter your card details. These systems offer secure online debit and credit card payment facilities and do not store ANY of your personal card details on your either computer or mine. If you do not already have a Google Checkout account, you will need to register with them, but Paypal allows you to pay using a debit or credit card without registering with them. 

 

 

If you already have a Paypal account, simply log onto it when you reach the checkout and use it to pay directly for your purchases.

 

 

If you have a Google Checkout account with a debit or credit card already registered , you can use this without having to re-enter any of your card details. (You can also use this account to pay by any other of your debit or credit cards, but you will need to set up a Google Checkout account to do so.)

 

 

 

If you would like to pay by cheque, choose this option and simply send a cheque to our office address to cover the full order (including shipping). We will despatch your goods as soon as your cheque has cleared, which may be as long as 5-7 days after you send it to us. If we do not receive payment within 7 days of you placing the order, our system will cancel your order and will need to be re-ordered. If your cheque arrives after this cancellation period, we will contact you to determine whether you want to re-order or have us destroy the cheque on your behalf.

 

If you would like to pay by online bank transfer, please contact us by email and we will reply with our bank details. Simply make a payment via your bank and we will despatch your order as soon as your transfer is registered on our account. This normally takes between 1-3 working days.

 

If you visit our store on Severalls Industrial Estate, Colchester, we are able to accept most Credit and Debit cards (including American Express), cash and cheques.
