This 50ml bottle of Top Shelf Dry Vermouth Liqueur Flavouring is added to base spirit or wine to produce an Italian style vermouth.
To make 1.125L, add this essence take 450ml of base spirit at approx 40%ABV and top up to with 625ml of pure water. Alternatively, reduce the base spirit to 150ml and replace the water with 925ml of dry white wine.
