This highly attenuative, dried French Saison yeast produces beers with distinctive spicy, fruity and peppery notes and is tolerant to around 14% abv so is suitable for Saisons, Spiced Ales and all types of Belgian sty;e speciality/fruit beers.
It comes in a 10g pack which is suitable for fermenting 23ltr and works best at higher than normal fermentation temperatures, typically 26°-32°C. It can either be rehydrated as a starter solution prior to pitching or simply sprinkled directly into the wort.
