Crushed Chocolate malt is used to added to a pale malt base to add colour and flavour to full grain brews when making dark ales, brown ales or some stouts. This convenient sized pack will usually be sufficient for 3-4 brews as most recipes only use 100-175gms in a 5 gallon/23 ltr brew
