Added to the barrel or secondary fermenter to aid clearing, Kwik Clear fining solution consists of two different fining agents (Kieselsol and Gelatin) which are added at the rate of 1-2ml each per gallon/4.5ltrs to beer and wine.
It is fast acting and will usually drop the sediment out of solution within 24-72 hours. Your beer or wine should then be racked off the lees into a seperate, sterilised maturing vessel.
The small pack will clear up to 135 litres of homemade, beer, lager cider or wine, whilst the large one will clear up to 270 litres.
