Rice Hulls are added to your grist to reduce the chances of a "stuck mash" and to improve the sparging efficiency. They are especially useful if you are using a Grainfather, Bulldog Brewer or Braumeister "all-in-one" brewing system. They add no flavour to the brew and are usually used at the rate of 200-250g per 25ltr brew length.
